BOOKING / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Accommodation

• All our Rooms/Suite Room are designed to accommodate 2 adults comfortably.
• Family Suite can accommodate 4 adults.
• One child upto 8 years allowed free on existing beds with parents.
• Child aged above 8 years would be considered as an Extra Person.
• One Extra Person in all Rooms and 2 Extra Persons in Family Suite are allowed on daily chargeable basis for which extra Mattress will be provided.
• Room Heater will be provided on request, which will be chargeable on daily basis.

Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed on paying 100% of the total cost of accommodation.
• Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Transfer using our secured online reservation system.
• Kindly inform us through mail after making any mode of payment.
• Child aged above 8 years would be considered as an Extra Person.
• Check-in time 12.00 PM ( Early check-in allowed, strictly based on room availability).
• Check-Out time 10.00 AM.

Cancellation

• Cancellation / Amendments of your booking should be intimated through mail.

Refund

• 7 days before Arrival Date : NO REFUND
• 08-14 Days prior : 50% Refund on the booking amount.
• 15 Days prior : 75% Refund on the booking amount.

No Show / Early Check Out

• No Refund for No Show.
• Full amount of your actual booking period, will be collected for deferred Check-In / Early Check-Out.
• Changes/Amendments of dates allowed, based on room availability and cancellation policy.
