Wyckoff’s Dining Room is operational from 7.00am to 10.00pm

Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Lunch: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Dinner: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Wi-Fi

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access in our lounge area for your convenience. To enhance your experience and encourage you to immerse yourself in the natural beauty and serenity of our property, we do not provide Wi-Fi in our rooms. Instead, our accommodations are nestled amidst lush greenery or offer breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. We want to promote this opportunity to disconnect from the digital world and reconnect with nature

Children Policy

  • One child under 7 years’ age (Travellers+ Room, Permualmalai Room) can be accommodated in the parents’ room with no additional charge
  • Up to two children under 7 years’ age (Signature Suite) can be accommodated in the parents’ room with one extra bed and no additional charged
  • Kindly state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking as not all rooms (Sun Rooms and Travellers Rooms) categories can accommodate an extra bed

Extra Person

  • Children above 8 years’ age will be considered adults with additional charges.
  • If there are two children above 8 years’ age, a separate room will be required at the parent’s applicable room rate (An extra bed shall not be provided for two children above 8 years of age)
  • Should you wish to take a separate room for two children above 8 years of age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents’ room (subject to availability in the same category)
  • Kindly state your request for an extra bed at the time of booking as not all rooms (Sun Rooms and Travellers Rooms) categories can accommodate an extra bed

Others

  • Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night
  • Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability
  • A recent Government notification requires all guests travelling to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required documents during their travel
  • We solely process payments using digital currency for refunds, check-out payments, or at the Wyckoff Dining Room and do not engage in cash transactions.
